On the occasion of the church music festival celebrating the 100th anniversary of the existence of the St. Paul's Church in Cologne, the concert organist Aya Yoshida recorded the double CD "Streiflichter" (Highlights) together with Ina Stock (oboe) and Thomas Meyer-Fiebig (organ). The two CDs present pieces by Felix Mendelsohn-Bartholdy, Thomas Meyer-Fiebig, Hermann Schroeder, Wolfgang Stockmeier and Jürg Baur which deal thematically with Saint Paul the Apostle and the Seifert organ in the St. Paul's Church.

"Fashions come and go, one doesn't build art on them" – these words by the composer and musician Hermann Schroeder are not only a clear avowal to music history and its value for the creation of music in the 20th century. They can also be regarded as the motto for the selection of collected organ works on this double CD, on which the traditional and the modern join up organically, demonstrate their connection and in accord present testimonials of musical art worthy of hearing.[...]
Cologne has always been a centre for experiments with new musical ways of expression and thus is a city which abounds with innovative creativity. The double CD celebrating the anniversary of the St. Paul's Church imparts an impression of how this has been reflected in organ music and simultaneously is a contemporary document of the last fifty years.
